Europe's largest real estate influencer, immo.tommy, generated 16.7 million euros in 2022 from real estate sales alone. Added to this are revenues from lectures, master classes, and the very classic: Influencer collaborations with brands such as Paypal or Mastercard. But how did he do it? The Swabian has been publishing short-form videos on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube since 2020. Starting with content about real estate, he eventually broadened his topics and included videos about finance and savings in his content strategy. This has given him a huge reach boost, so that today he reaches close to 2 million people across all his channels. In the podcast, he takes us into his day-to-day work and explains his business model. We get insights into his approach to community management, hacks, how to still grow on social media today and much more.
